Terms of Service

Effective date: June 1, 2026

By creating a Syvo account, signing in, or using the personality assessment on web or mobile, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use Syvo.

Syvo Phase 1 offers a personality assessment experience, reflective personality insights, account registration, saved results, and assessment history snapshots.

Syvo is designed to help you notice patterns in how you communicate, focus energy, and make decisions. It is not a clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic service.

Dating, matchmaking, compatibility feeds, chat, and social graph features are not part of Phase 1.

Syvo does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or employment advice.

Results are reflective snapshots for self-understanding. They are not deterministic labels, guarantees of future behavior, or substitutes for professional care.

If you need professional support, consult a qualified provider.

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.

Use Syvo lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to access another person's account or results.

Do not abuse, scrape, attack, reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the service or its APIs.

Do not misuse Syvo output to harm, discriminate against, or make high-stakes decisions about others without appropriate context and consent.

You may sign out at any time. You may delete your account from Account settings; deletion removes account-linked personality data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your account is used for abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

You retain ownership of the assessment answers and account data you submit.

You grant Syvo a limited license to process that information solely to provide, secure, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy—for example, to score assessments, store history, and authenticate your account.

You may not use Syvo to violate applicable law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Automated access must comply with any rate limits and must not degrade service availability for other users.

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

Features may evolve during Phase 1. We will aim to communicate material changes through the product or these Terms.

We may update Syvo and these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syvo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Syvo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where prohibited by law.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the service was free.
