Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 1, 2026

Syvo is a personality assessment platform that helps you reflect on communication, energy, decision-making, and related patterns through structured questions and calm, readable insights.

Phase 1 is personality-first and understanding-first. Syvo focuses on your own assessment experience, saved results, and history—not on dating, matching, compatibility feeds, romantic recommendations, or social graph features.

Account data: email address, authentication credentials (passwords are hashed on our servers—we never store plain-text passwords), session tokens, and refresh tokens used to keep you signed in securely.

Personality assessment data: answers you submit during an assessment, generated personality results, and immutable history snapshots linked to your account when you are signed in.

Device and diagnostic data: technical information needed to operate and improve the service, such as app version, correlation identifiers for support, error and reliability logs, and similar diagnostic metadata. We design our logging to avoid collecting passwords, full assessment answer text in diagnostic streams, or other sensitive secrets.

Language preference: your chosen personality content language (for example English or Persian question text) so we can serve the right content and Accept-Language headers to our API.

To provide the personality assessment, generate results, and display your saved history.

To authenticate your account, sync sessions across devices, and protect access to your results.

To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and product quality.

To communicate important service, security, or policy updates related to your account or the Syvo platform.

Syvo does not offer public dating, matchmaking, romantic matching, compatibility marketplaces, or social graph discovery features.

We do not sell your personal data.

Syvo results are reflective tools—not clinical diagnoses, medical advice, or deterministic labels about who you are.

We do not expose hidden compatibility scoring, relationship feeds, or social graph data through the Phase 1 product.

Service providers: we use hosting, infrastructure, and—when enabled—monitoring or analytics providers to run Syvo. They process data only to provide services to us under appropriate safeguards.

Legal and safety: we may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or to respond to valid legal process.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personality results for third-party advertising profiles in Phase 1.

You can delete your Syvo account at any time from Account settings in the web or mobile app.

When you delete your account, we remove your identity account, active refresh tokens, retake policy profile, and personality sessions linked to your account—including associated answers and results—according to our implemented account deletion flow.

Deletion is intended to be permanent for account-owned personality data. Signing out clears local tokens on your device but keeps server-side history until you delete the account.

We may retain limited information where we are legally required to do so or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or backup retention periods, after which it is deleted or de-identified where feasible.

We use HTTPS for data in transit, industry-standard password hashing, access tokens with refresh rotation, and secure storage on mobile devices for session tokens.

Access to production systems is restricted. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials private.

Syvo is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that threshold. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Syvo may process and store information in the United States and other regions where our service providers operate. By using Syvo, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Syvo evolves. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Syvo after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
